During flat roof replacements, we prefer to fit new boards - regardless of the condition of existing boards. This allows us to make sure that the boards are fitted to the standards set out by the EPDM manufacturer. If we just used the existing boards, we would be unable to verify the quality of their installation.

Your project will be assessed by an expert surveyor before work begins, and this will help to identify any problems that may impact on the progress of your work. This process can only be carried out if the surface is suitable, and the surveyor will be well-placed to make this decision and offer you alternative solutions if this is not a viable option.
